I came to the hotel SUSESI on 07.05.2016 to celebrate my birthday with a company of 6 friends of mine. According to the reviews in social nets I got an impression that this is high level hotel with perfect service. But eventually it came up that everything is not like that but worse. 1. The moment we just arrived they offered us to make an upgrade for the room that was positive moment right after we found out that in that part of the hotel we did our booking no people it seems really empty. Also we could fine that on the pictures very nice bungalows with terrace looks really different. Everything is real dirty and uncomfy. 2. For our request about rent shale on the beach on my birthday with discount we got an answer that they can offer that only for the guests that come more than once and the cost is 160 euros. While two days we could see that it is all the time is empty. 3. Bar derbies is very slow even when hotel is filled up only for 40%. 4. Attitude of the hotel stuff is not client oriented. For example 5 minutes before the end of the lunch for our request to bring the drinks the waiter said sorry, the vbar is closed. 5. What's about the night activities in this hotel it's really boring and primitive. The only conclusion i have get about this place is disparity of service they are promising on the site.
